Oh What a Beautiful Day!

We had a happy and wonderful Valentine's Day. Best thing we enjoyed: dinner & dessert! We had deliciously marinated steaks, roasted parmesan tomatoes, baked herb potatoes, and rolls. For dessert we had dark chocolate ganache cake covered in truffles. Simple but delicious.  Being home-with Jackson-makes the remains of the dessert go straight to the hips...
